Taking Part at the Shows

The Baby & Toddler Show takes place 5 times per year with spring and autumn editions at each venue:

*Sandown Park, Surrey (13-15 April & 7-9 September 2018)
*EventCity, Manchester (16-18 March & 28-30 September 2018)
*SEC, Glasgow (27-29 April 2018)

These exciting events are designed to deliver a strong footfall to venues in areas that are not served by any other major baby and toddler event.

With approx. 11,000 visitors per show and approx. 100 exhibitors, our exhibitor/visitor ratio is very strong, offering you an opportunity to engage, capture data and trade successfully to 100% of the audience base of thousands of pregnant women and new mums from across the North West and the South East.

Whether you are a large commercial brand, independent business, service provider or local organisation, this is a show for everyone.

The number of brands that exhibit or sponsor within each category is strictly limited to enable each business the chance to make a strong return on investment and gain significant brand recognition. If you have direct competition, make sure you book in ahead of them, before the category is closed.

Marketing Activity

An extensive campaign is planned with our headline media partner Emma’s Diary, which will include direct mail, solus emails and website inventory to their data within the Sandown Park and EventCity core catchment area.

We also invest heavily in further promotion including:

  • Advertising in Baby & Toddler industry titles
  • Advertising in local newspapers and lifestyle magazines
  • Radio advertising
  • Outdoor media advertising
  • Major in-mall coverage at the Trafford Centre and local advertisements for Sandown Park in the months leading up to the shows

The total value of the visitor campaign for each show is over £150,000.

Costs

The rate to exhibit is £269 (+VAT) per metre at EventCity and Sandown Park and £199 (+VAT) at the SEC, Glasgow with the minimum stand size of 4sqm. This offers you a shell scheme package (white walls, carpet & name board) for the three days of the event.
