FAQs

How do I book tickets?

Tickets can be booked online in advance through our website. We recommend booking early to take advantage of the best ticket prices.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. You can simply show your ticket on your smartphone when you arrive at the show. If you prefer, you’re also welcome to bring a printed copy.

Can I change or swap my ticket to another day?

If your plans change after purchasing your tickets you can swap them to any other day for free using the See Tickets Exchange Tool.

What if I can’t find my ticket confirmation?

Please check your junk or spam folder first, as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Do babies and children need a ticket?

Children aged 16 and under can attend free of charge.

Can I bring my pushchair or pram?

Absolutely! The Baby & Toddler Show is designed with families in mind, and pushchairs and prams are welcome throughout the venue.

Is there somewhere to feed or change my baby?

Yes. Baby changing and feeding facilities are available within the venue. If you need help locating them, simply ask a member of staff or refer to your digital show map.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. You’re welcome to bring snacks, drinks and baby food with you. Food and drink outlets are also available within the venue.

Can I take my purchases home on the day?

Most purchases can be taken home with you on the day. If you buy larger items such as furniture or travel systems, many exhibitors offer home delivery. Please speak directly to the retailer for delivery options.

I’ve purchased a Goody Bag. How do I receive it?

Goody Bags must be collected during your visit to the show from the designated collection point. Unfortunately, we are unable to post Goody Bags before or after the event, including if you are unable to attend.

I’m attending a Wellness Studio session. Do I need to bring anything?

We recommend bringing a change of clothes if you’re taking part in a Wellness Studio session.

Is the show accessible?

Yes. Our venues are fully accessible for wheelchair users, pushchairs and prams. Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue, and assistance dogs are welcome.

If you have any additional accessibility requirements before your visit, please get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to help.

Can I get a free ticket for my carer?

Yes. Visitors who require a carer to support them during their visit are entitled to one complimentary carer ticket.

A carer ticket cannot be redeemed on its own, only when booking a standard entry ticket.

Are dogs allowed?

Only registered assistance dogs are permitted inside the venue.

How long should I allow for my visit?

Most visitors spend between three and five hours at the show, depending on whether they’re shopping, attending expert talks, taking part in Wellness Studio sessions or making the most of the interactive features.

Can I leave the show and come back later?

Yes. Please speak to a member of the entrance team before leaving if you plan to return later the same day.

What if I have another question?

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, please get in touch with our team and we’ll be happy to help before your visit.
