How do I book tickets?<\/span><\/b>
\nTickets can be booked online in advance through our website. We recommend booking early to take advantage of the best ticket prices.<\/p>\n

Do I need to print my ticket?<\/span><\/b>
\nNo. You can simply show your ticket on your smartphone when you arrive at the show. If you prefer, you\u2019re also welcome to bring a printed copy.<\/p>\n

Can I change or swap my ticket to another day?<\/span><\/b>
\nIf your plans change after\u00a0purchasing\u00a0your\u00a0tickets\u00a0you can swap them to any other day for free. Simply pop us an email letting us know what day\/session you wish to swap to\u00a0contact@babyandtoddlershow.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n

What is the All-Day Lounge Pass and\u00a0what\u2019s\u00a0included?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For just \u00a310, you can\u00a0purchase\u00a0an All-Day Lounge\u00a0Pass\u00a0and your ticket will automatically be upgraded to all-day show entry.\u00a0You\u2019ll\u00a0also get all-day Premium Lounge access, a complimentary hot or soft drink, and access to the Premium Lounge cloakroom and toilets. More info and booking\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Please note: Carers require their own Lounge Pass to access the Premium Lounge. Up to two children can access the Lounge free with each pass holder.<\/p>\n

How do I add an All-Day Lounge Pass if I have already bought a ticket?\u00a0<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Already got your ticket? No problem! Simply head to the\u00a0booking page<\/a>, select your day and session (if you have one), add the number of All-Day Lounge Passes you need and complete checkout.<\/p>\n

You\u00a0won\u2019t\u00a0pay any\u00a0additional\u00a0booking\u00a0fees\u00a0and you\u00a0won\u2019t\u00a0be issued a new entry ticket. Your existing ticket will automatically be upgraded to all-day entry, so simply use your original ticket to enter the show.<\/p>\n

What if I\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0find my ticket confirmation?<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Please check your junk or spam folder first, as confirmation emails can sometimes end up there. Still\u00a0can\u2019t\u00a0find it? You can re-send it to yourself, by visiting the SEE Customer Portal\u00a0here<\/a>\u00a0or pop us an email at\u00a0contact@babyandtoddlershow.co.uk<\/a><\/p>\n

Do babies and children need a ticket?<\/span><\/b>
\nChildren aged 16 and under can attend free of charge.<\/p>\n

Can I bring my pushchair or pram<\/span><\/b>?<\/span>
\nAbsolutely! The Baby & Toddler Show is designed with families in mind, and pushchairs and prams are welcome throughout the venue.<\/p>\n

Is there somewhere to feed or change my baby?<\/span><\/b>
\nYes. Baby changing and feeding facilities are available within the venue. If you need help\u00a0locating\u00a0them, simply ask a member of staff or refer to your digital show map that\u00a0we\u2019ll\u00a0send to you the week of the show.<\/p>\n

Can I bring my own food and drinks?<\/span><\/b>
\nYes. You\u2019re welcome to bring snacks,\u00a0drinks\u00a0and baby food with you. Food and drink outlets are also available within the venue.<\/p>\n

Can I take my purchases home on the day?<\/span><\/b>
\nMost purchases can be taken home with you on the day. If you buy larger items such as furniture or travel systems, many exhibitors offer home delivery. Please speak directly to the retailer for delivery options.<\/p>\n

I\u2019ve\u00a0purchased\u00a0a Goody Bag. How do I receive it?<\/span><\/b>
\nGoody Bags must be collected during your visit to the show from the designated collection point. Unfortunately, we are unable to post Goody Bags before or after the event, including if you are unable to attend.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m\u00a0attending a Wellness Studio session. Do I need to bring anything?\u00a0<\/strong>
\nWe recommend bringing a change of clothes if\u00a0you\u2019re\u00a0taking part in a Wellness Studio session.<\/p>\n

Is the show accessible?<\/span><\/b>
\nYes. Our venues are fully accessible for wheelchair users,\u00a0pushchairs\u00a0and prams. Accessible toilets are available throughout the venue, and\u00a0assistance\u00a0dogs are welcome.<\/p>\n

If you have any\u00a0additional\u00a0accessibility requirements before your visit, please get in touch and\u00a0we\u2019ll\u00a0do everything we can to help.<\/p>\n

Can I get a free ticket for my\u00a0carer?<\/span><\/b>
\nYes. One free carer ticket is available with every Advance or Standard admission ticket. Complimentary and promotional tickets are\u00a0excluded\u00a0and proof of disability may be requested on arrival.<\/p>\n

Are dogs allowed?<\/span><\/b>
\nOnly registered\u00a0assistance\u00a0dogs are\u00a0permitted\u00a0inside the venue.<\/p>\n

How long should I allow for my visit?<\/span><\/b>
\nMost visitors spend between three and five hours at the show, depending on whether\u00a0they\u2019re\u00a0shopping, attending expert talks, taking part in Wellness Studio\u00a0sessions\u00a0or making the most of the interactive features.<\/p>\n

Can I leave the show and come back later?<\/span><\/b>
\nYes. Please speak to a member of the entrance team before leaving if you plan to return later the same day.<\/p>\n
