Heidi has over 15 years experience working closely with parents during the first few important years of their children’s lives. Having spent time working as a Nanny, Maternity Nurse and Baby Sleep Consultant, Heidi has seen parenting from a variety of angles. Heidi has two boys under two, both of whom have had reflux and so sleep has been even more of a challenge, which makes Heidi’s approach to sleep very understanding and she is deeply passionate about helping out new parents.

Megan is a Hypnobirthing and Antenatal teacher and founder of ‘birth-ed’. Prior to becoming a mum herself, Megan undertook her midwifery training with St Georges University, London and has combined her expertise with her hypnobirthing training to create the unique ‘birth-ed’ approach to antenatal preparation. The ethos of classes with ‘birth-ed’ is provide women and their birth partners with evidence based information about their birth choices, practical hypnobirthing tools and techniques for a calm and confident labour and birth; all with an approach that really puts YOU at the centre of your experience. Offering courses throughout Surrey, London and Online, over 1000 parents to be have used the ‘birth-ed’ courses in preparation for a positive birth experience and it really is changing births for the better!

Katie Hilton, MAM consultant midwife

Katie Hilton graduated from Staffordshire University with an RN Dip HE in Adult Nursing. She then went on to gain her BSc Hons Midwifery. Katie worked as a Midwife in Wolverhampton, Staffordshire and Cambridge before relocating to Vancouver in Canada. Katie spent this time working as a Registered Perinatal Nurse at a busy downtown hospital splitting her time between Labour Delivery Postpartum and the Neonatal Unit. On returning to the UK Katie continued to work as a Midwife, predominately in Labour & Delivery before completing her MSc SCPHN Health Visitor at the University of Wolverhampton. Throughout her career, Katie has gained a wide myriad of experience in all areas of obstetrics, child and family health. Katie has a great passion for midwifery and health visiting and is an avid believer in facilitating choice. She has always supported women and families with their decisions throughout pregnancy, labour & delivery, postnatal period and into childhood. Katie is currently the Expert Midwife & Health Visitor for MAM working alongside the brand to support parents & families.
