What’s Included?

Sofa Sessions

What’s Included

Sofa Sessions

Our Sofa Sessions are the heart of the Parenting & Wellbeing Show. Across the day, you’ll hear from nervous system specialists, life coaches, writers and financial wellbeing experts. In a relaxed, living-room setting, they’ll share honest stories and practical tools for juggling work, family and care without losing yourself. Each session includes time for live Q&A so you can ask what really matters to you. You’ll leave with language for what you’re carrying and the sense that you’re not doing any of this alone.

Wellbeing Workshops & Experiences

What’s Included

Wellbeing Workshops & Experiences

Our wellbeing workshops are designed to support your whole self – mind, body and nervous system. In a special session, Denise Marshall from I AM Well will share how to use story massage for yourself and your children to actively support the family nervous system. Alongside EFT (tapping), you’ll leave with somatic techniques you can weave into daily life. Throughout the day, our dedicated practitioners will also be offering free mini massages, giving you a rare chance to fully exhale and feel physically cared for.

Morning Yoga

What’s Included

Morning Yoga

We begin the day with soft, grounding yoga created specifically for tired, busy caregivers. This isn’t about performance; it’s about giving your body a chance to unfurl after holding so much. Expect gentle movement, simple stretches and options to adapt everything to how you’re feeling. The session weaves in breathwork and nervous system-soothing practices so you can fully arrive before the rest of the programme unfolds. Mats and props are provided. Morning yoga has limited spaces and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis; details on reserving a spot will follow.

Light Brunch & Lunch

What’s Included

Light Brunch & Lunch

We build nourishment into the day. Your ticket includes a light brunch on arrival and a vegan lunch later in the afternoon, giving you two moments to sit down, exhale and be taken care of. Food is served buffet-style so you can choose what works for your body - comforting and energising rather than heavy. Mealtimes double as natural connection points: a chance to meet other mothers, guardians and othermothers, or simply enjoy quiet time with a cup of tea. This is your time to be held, not to host.

Curated Brand Experiences

What’s Included

Curated Brand Experiences

Across the venue you’ll find small, thoughtful brand experiences chosen to complement the themes of the day: rest, regulation, creativity and practical support. Rather than rows of stands, we’re focusing on a handful of partners whose offerings feel genuinely nourishing – from craft and crystal corners to future-planning and financial support. Explore them at your own pace between sessions: linger where you feel drawn, discover products and services that might support your family life, or simply take note for later. Every interaction is an extension of the care we want you to receive.

The Parenting & Wellbeing Show is proud to present the first in a series of events, beginning with one created especially for mums.

Bringing parents back into connection with one another, to share experiences openly, and to remind us that we were never meant to navigate this journey alone.

Why This Day Matters

We’ve created an intergenerational space for people who take on most of the care responsibilities in family and community units.

Join us for a day of discussions and workshops aimed at reviewing, recharging and recalibrating our energy as mothers, guardians and othermothers.

In our first event we are especially guided by themes surrounding how we can better incorporate daily boundaries for ourselves and those around us which are both loving and sustainable.
