Emily is an Ambulance First Responder with EMAS and Franchise owner and trainer for Mini First Aid Warwickshire, Coventry, Tamworth and Lutterworth areas. She has extensive practical first aid experience and knowledge, and she also works part time in community stroke rehab. Emily has come face to face with many situations where prompt first aid action has been critical in helping members of the public and has seen first-hand that these skills can really make a difference. Emily feels passionate about helping as many people as possible to feel more confident and empowered by learning these invaluable and lifesaving skills.
Owner of Mini First Aid Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Forest of Dean and Chepstow, Kellie qualified as a paediatric nurse in 2013 and since then has been lucky enough to work in a number of different areas of nursing - but most recently found herself working in A&E. In November 2021 she decided that she wanted to share her health care skills with others who wanted to learn important life-saving skills and joined Mini First Aid.
With the goal to make sure everyone has the birth that they want, Melissa from Beyond the Bump will be talking about how you can take more control of your labour and birth, focusing on mapping out the different ways you can achieve the birth you want. Covering all scenarios, including c-sections, Melissa will go through evidence based information to make sure you can start birth mapping today.
